Please read carefully before booking your class.
Mobile Training Services
Circle of Angels CPR & Wellness LLC primarily provides mobile CPR and first aid training, meaning we travel to your home, workplace, school, daycare, healthcare facility, or requested training location for your convenience.
We also plan to offer classes at a designated training location in the future. The policies below apply to both mobile and in-person classes.
Cancellation Policy
All course payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, as time, travel scheduling, instructor availability, and course materials are reserved in advance.
If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule based on availability.
Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule your class, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Mobile Appointment Policy
For mobile training appointments:

Please ensure the training location is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.

A clean, safe, and distraction-free area should be available for training.

If parking fees, tolls, or extended travel costs apply, additional charges may apply and will be discussed in advance.

If the instructor arrives and the client is unavailable, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
Same-Day Cancellation / No Show
Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, locked locations, unavailable participants, or failure to respond upon instructor arrival will be considered a No Show.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds and may require a new booking fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Please be ready at the scheduled time. Delays may shorten class time or require rescheduling depending on scheduling availability.
Group / Corporate / On-Site Training
For group bookings, corporate training, schools, daycares, healthcare facilities, and private events:

Deposits may be required to reserve your date.

Final headcount should be provided before class.
Certification Cards
Certification cards are issued after successful completion of all required course components.
Students are responsible for providing accurate name spelling and email information.
